RC is very knowledgeable about the AC business. He assisted us with an intermittent issue that was challenging to diagnose. Usually I am reticent to have my name online giving recommendations. But let me tell you that this is no ordinary recommendation. RC Richardson is a man of his word. He is truthful, professional, punctual and he knows his stuff. He might be one of the best we’ve encountered in East Texas. He’s also humble…which is so rare to find these days. I feel that he could have tried to sell us a new unit. He could have charged so much. Instead, he was reasonable and very fair. He was at our home within one hour of me calling. That is also unheard of and especially for someone with his knowledge and skillset. What he brings to the table is integrity and years of hard work and experience. I cannot recommend RC Richardson enough. We will be telling all of our friends. When you find someone like him, you keep his number and call him yearly to come clean your AC unit and do a yearly check. It is so worth it. I hate to share this amazing company too much because I know he will get even busier. But when you find a company like RC’s, you feel selfish to not tell your friends and family. Word of mouth is the only way I do business. And RC Richardson stands by his name and his work.

My AC went out on Friday night, first thing Saturday I looked up AC repair business and found that RC's AC Reliable Climate was the only company that had 5 stars and was opened 24 hours. At 7:01 I called RC and was surprised he answered, I told him of my problem and promptly said that he would be here at 10:00 because of the rain. He arrived at 9:00 and immediately went to work, started my AC working and said now lets see what happened. He found the problem and was able to fix it. I was relieved. RC is courteous, very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely refer his company to anyone who asks for AC repair and I hopefully will become a loyal customer. I did ask to be put on his annual rotation for yearly inspections. It is nice to find a company with a heart.

Outstanding service! It was just a simple drain clog but he took his time explaining to me what he was doing as well as what I can do to prevent this from happening again. He had no problem answering my questions and giving me some other solutions to help make my system work better and last. Royce (RC) is one of the nicest, most honest contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My grandparents (90 and 97) live in Longview and were without AC for days because American Home Shield gave them the runaround. When I called RC because I was concerned about them being in the heat so long, he immediately sprung to action. He was at their home within minutes, discovered that American Home Shield’s assessment was false, and had their AC working within the hour. I live a long way’s off. My grandfather (97) has respiratory issues, is on oxygen, and has been in and out of the hospital lately. I was so worried about my grandparents; after RC called to tell me he fixed the AC—I cried. He was so compassionate, and informed me how I can hold American Home Shield accountable for what they did (and didn’t do). RC, seriously, from the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank you enough.

When he came to check my ac, he didn’t just do the bare minimum of what i asked he went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. He was extremely respectful and answered any questions I had without hesitation. If y’all need anything to with your ac or heating make sure to give him a call it wouldn’t be just be a business call , it would feel like a family or friend came and just helped you out.
